Parking at Atlantic Nowell Creek is complimentary and available on a first-come, first-served basis. At this time, reserved parking options are not offered.

Yes, Atlantic Nowell Creek offers 10 EV charging stations, providing a total of 20 designated EV charging parking spaces for resident use.

Is Atlantic Nowell Creek pet friendly?

Yes! Atlantic Nowell Creek is a pet-friendly apartment community and welcomes up to two pets per household. What happens if I need to break my lease?

Lease terminations are permitted for any reason. A lease termination fee will apply and is determined by the specific terms and conditions outlined in your lease agreement. Our leasing team is always available to walk you through your options and answer any questions.

What qualifications are required to apply and be approved?

All applicants are screened through a third-party screening service that reviews credit history, background information, and other qualifying criteria. Applicants must also demonstrate a combined gross monthly income of at least three times the base rent.

What lease terms do you offer? Are short-term leases available?

Atlantic Nowell Creek offers flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 18 months. Short-term lease options (3–11 months) are available and do include a premium charge.

How does trash service work?

Atlantic Nowell Creek provides valet trash service seven days a week. Residents should place their provided valet trash bin outside their apartment between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with collection beginning promptly at 7:00 PM.

Do you offer a preferred employer program?

Yes, Atlantic Nowell Creek offers a preferred employer program. Eligible groups include military members, healthcare professionals, first responders, and additional organizations. Please contact our leasing team for the full list of eligible employers and details.

What is the pool and amenity guest policy?

Each leaseholder may host up to two guests at a time in all amenity spaces, including the pool, fitness center, and other shared community areas.

Yes! Residents have access to dedicated work-from-home spaces within the clubhouse. In addition, residents are approved to use the first floor of the Marshside office building as an alternative workspace.

Yes, residents may enjoy fishing and other water activities from the community dock. A valid fishing permit is required and can be obtained through the City of Charleston.
